Overview
FIFTY2 ("we," "our," or "us") is a productivity and planning application operated by Kurt Stawarz. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, we receive basic profile information from those providers.
Planner Data: Your goals, tasks, notes, habits, and other content you enter into the planner. This data is stored to provide you with the planning service and is synced across your devices.
Calendar Data: If you connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, we access your calendar events in read-only mode to display them within the planner. We do not modify, share, or store your calendar data beyond what is needed to display it in your planner view.
AI Assistant Usage: If you use the AI assistant feature, your messages and relevant planner context are sent to the AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate responses. We do not store conversation history on our servers beyond your current session unless you enable chat history saving.
Usage Data: We may collect basic usage analytics such as which features you use and how often, to improve the product. We do not track your browsing activity outside of the FIFTY2.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the FIFTY2 service, authenticate your identity, sync your data across devices, display calendar events, provide AI-powered planning assistance, and communicate with you about your account or service updates.
Data Storage and Security
Your account and planner data are stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. Local data may also be cached on your device using browser storage to enable offline access.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
Supabase: Authentication and data storage.
Google: OAuth sign-in and calendar integration.
Microsoft: OAuth sign-in and calendar integration.
Apple: OAuth sign-in.
Anthropic / OpenAI / Google AI: AI assistant functionality.
Wix: Subscription and payment processing.
Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. We may share data only as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your profile in Settings, export your data, or request account deletion by contacting us at support@kurtstawarz.com.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser local storage to save your preferences, planner data, and session information. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Children's Privacy
FIFTY2 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the application or by email.
